- First boil chicken and potatoes... (i boiled them together and my chicken was with bone)..
- Shred the chicken... and add both of them in mixing bowl..
- Add salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, cumin powder and mix well with hand till combined.. add coriander leaves and mix..
- Now shape them..
- Then, first dip them in beaten egg and then in crumbs....
- Repeat the same process with all the cutlets..
- Fry them, i deep fried them this time... you can pan fry them as well until get the good golden colour all over and serve.
