  1. Get 5 of avacados.
  2. Prepare 5 cloves of crushed garlic.
  3. Provide 1 of large chopped/cubed tomato.
  4. Get 1-2 of chilli peppers (optional).
  5. Get of salsa (if you have less tomatoes).
  6. Get 1/2-1 of very finely chopped red onion.
  7. Take 1 bunch (1 Cup) of chopped coriander.
  8. Provide 1 of juiced lime.
  9. Get of Sour cream (optional).
  10. Prepare of Herbs and spices.
  11. Prepare of Salt.
  12. You need of Pepper.
  13. Take of Chilli powder (core).
  14. Provide of Cumin (core).
  15. You need of Smoked paprika (extra).
  16. You need of Ground Chipotle (extra).

Steps to make Guacamole:

  1. Peel the avacados and put in the bowl. (don't smush until later).
  2. Add crushed garlic, tomatoes, red onion, coriander, pepper, into the bowl..
  3. Add lime juice and spices..
  4. Smush with potato smusher or fork until its combined but still chunky..
  5. Add salsa, hot sauce and sour cream and keep smushing and mixing until guacamole, make sure it doesn't turn into a paste..
