  1. Put meat into big mixing bowl. Add seasons, ranch pkg, egg, onion, fried onions,bacon, whorshire sauce. And Colby Jack shred cheese. Mix well. Use clean hands for best mixing..

  5. Let cheese melt just a bit then pull from pan. Drain on paper towels or a paper sack. Both work great. I like to season my burger as soon as I pull them with season salt and pepper..
  6. I like to toast my buns on a flat pan. I butter my pan add my buns and cook it at a medium heat. Doesn't take long at all. Just keep a eye on them..
