- For the filling: Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds let the cumin turn golden. Now add the chopped ginger-garlic and sauté till they also turn slightly golden. Now add the onion and sauté them for 2-3 minutes..
- Add the tomatoes and capsicum. Cover and cook till tomatoes turn a little soft. Don’t cook them all the way. Now add the garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well. Add the boiled potatoes, cottage cheese and green coriander. Add a spash of water just about a table spoon and mix very well. Finally add the grated cheese and mix. Your filling is ready..
