  1. Instructions for CHIICKEN :First make small cuts on each fillets with the help of folk than marinate the chicken with all above ingredients and put it in fridge for overnight marination:).

Now tak one chicken fillet and dip it into the runny batter than coat it in dry flour nicely.dont press it while coating in the dry flour just roll it with the help of your finger tips for five seconds now hold chicken from one side and shake it well for removing extra coating,and dip it in the cold water for one second than again repeat the same process of dry flour (but dont forget to shake it to remove extra flour as it is a tricky part.)and fry it in hot oil on medium heat..
  5. Take burger buns put salad leaf on it than put zinger on one slice than add some mayonese(mix 2tblsp of mayyonies with a half tsp of vinegar), cheese, lettuce and ketchup and second slice of bun and enjoy😚.
